Accepted payment methods may include major credit and debit cards and select alternative methods such as Zelle, CashApp, cryptocurrency, or other processors offered at checkout. Each payment method is subject to its respective provider’s terms and conditions.

5. Shipping & Returns

Final Sale: Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted.

Damaged Shipments: If an order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly. Replacements or refunds may be issued at our discretion.

Force Majeure: Thrive Bio Lab is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs holds, or lost shipments.

6. Indemnity & Liability Waiver

Charges may appear on your financial statement under a descriptor associated with Thrive Bio Lab or its payment processors.

Product Quality Guarantee

You may have products independently tested at a licensed HPLC testing facility. If verified test results demonstrate a failure to meet stated specifications, Thrive Bio Lab will refund:

  • The cost of the HPLC test
  • The total order amount, including shipping

Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Thrive Bio Lab reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Affiliate account without notice for violation of program rules.

We may withhold unpaid commissions and recover previously paid commissions if violations are identified, regardless of when discovered.

Affiliates may not:

  • Use brand-name keywords including “Thrive Bio Lab”
  • Rely primarily on brand keyword traffic
  • Use discount or coupon aggregation websites
  • Earn commissions on personal purchases

Targeting Thrive Bio Lab brand keywords through PPC or SEO is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in forfeited commissions.

Affiliate terms may be updated at any time at our sole discretion.
