At Thrive Biolab LLC, we stand behind the identity and quality of our products. To support independent verification, eligible customers may request participation in our Verification Credit Program, under which Thrive Biolab LLC may issue store credit toward a future purchase in an amount equal to the approved third-party testing fee, up to $300, and may replace the specific vial submitted for testing, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility
This program applies only to products purchased directly from Thrive Biolab LLC through our official sales channels. The product submitted for testing must be from the original order for which reimbursement is requested, must be unopened and in its original condition, and must be traceable by order number and product name. Products obtained from resellers, secondary marketplaces, transfers, giveaways, or any source other than Thrive Biolab LLC are not eligible.

Pre-Approval Required
Customers must obtain written pre-approval from Thrive Biolab LLC before submitting any product for third-party testing. Testing initiated without prior written approval is not eligible for reimbursement, credit, or replacement. Pre-approval may be granted or denied in Thrive Biolab LLC’s sole discretion.

Approved Labs and Submission Requirements
Testing must be performed only by a third-party laboratory approved in advance by Thrive Biolab LLC. As a condition of participation, the customer must ensure that the laboratory order identifies Thrive Biolab LLC as the client, reference client, or authorized reporting party, as instructed by Thrive Biolab LLC, and the laboratory must be authorized to release the complete report and all supporting data directly to Thrive Biolab LLC. Any report that does not comply with these submission requirements may be rejected.

Required Report Information
To qualify, the laboratory report must clearly identify the tested product, testing methodology, date of receipt, and final results. Thrive Biolab LLC may require proof of purchase, photographs of the sealed vial, and any additional information reasonably necessary to verify authenticity and eligibility.

Credit and Replacement
If an eligible submission satisfies all program requirements, Thrive Biolab LLC may issue a store credit equal to the customer’s actual out-of-pocket testing fee, up to a maximum of $300. Approved credit is non-cash, non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Testing credit is issued as store credit and may be used only on a future purchase meeting the minimum order requirement stated at issuance. In addition, Thrive Biolab LLC may replace the specific vial submitted for approved testing with the same product, or with a substantially similar product if the original is unavailable.

Program Limits
Unless otherwise approved in writing, this program is limited to one approved test reimbursement per customer, per product, during any rolling 12-month period. Thrive Biolab LLC may also limit the total number of approved submissions for any product. Multiple submissions by affiliated persons, related accounts, or coordinated purchasers may be denied.

Excluded Circumstances
This program does not apply to opened, altered, reconstituted, relabeled, pooled, contaminated, mishandled, improperly stored, or otherwise compromised product. It also does not apply where Thrive Biolab LLC reasonably determines that the product is counterfeit, the submission is fraudulent, the sample provenance cannot be verified, the testing protocol is unreliable or inconsistent with the approved protocol, or the customer has violated these terms or other website policies.

No Transfer of Report Rights
Participation in this program is conditioned on the customer’s agreement that any report obtained under this program is requested for Thrive Biolab LLC’s internal quality review and customer assurance purposes. Thrive Biolab LLC reserves the right to retain, review, rely on, and disclose the report, in whole or in summary form, in connection with product quality, customer service, chargeback defense, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, or public-facing quality assurance materials, subject to applicable law.

Reservation of Rights
Thrive Biolab LLC reserves the right to interpret, apply, approve, deny, suspend, modify, or terminate this program at any time, with or without notice, and to reject any submission where eligibility cannot be verified to its satisfaction. Any attempt to manipulate, duplicate, recycle, falsify, or otherwise abuse this program may result in denial of the claim, cancellation of credit, refusal of future participation, order cancellation, or account restriction.

Important Notice
This program is a voluntary customer assurance policy and not an admission requirement, warranty expansion, or guarantee of any specific test outcome. Customers are responsible for following all handling and storage instructions.
